It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new.
But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful.
There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.
Alan Cohen

Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read."

I hope you find it soon. It is lovely.
ReplyDeleteI started my first Charles Todd book, I am enjoying it immensely, thank you for the recommendation.
Thank you, I am so sad and annoyed about that ring!
ReplyDeleteWhich book/title?
I have so many of his books, I am sorry I can't lend them to you.
Enjoy~
Dearest Candice,
ReplyDeleteSad indeed that you still have not found your ring back...
Hugs,
Mariette
Have you tried reaching your hands down into the back and sides of the upholstered furniture seats? Things can easily get wedged in there, never to be seen again. Many years ago I lost the amethyst heart given to me by my grandmother. We searched high and low, to no avail. When my mother sent our couch out for reupholstering it came back with an envelope containing my heart.
ReplyDeleteThank you but I have tried everything.
ReplyDeleteTaking apart rooms and sofas and even a car
My heart is broken
When I move/someday/ I will find it just sitting there waiting for me.

ReplyDeleteThat is so great that they gave it to you, sadly so many people find something, like it and keep it.
