My Photo
My husband and I , with our dog, Tate, moved to Buenos Aires, 8 years ago. Life has never been the same since ~ Back in the USA ... life is still not the same !
It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new.
But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful.
There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.

Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read."

Autumn

Autumn is here.
It will not be above 60F today .. the sun is shining but it is windy and chilly.
The leaves are turning yellow and gold and falling fast.
At night there is the scent of woodsmoke in the air.
Time to get out the winter blankets and woolies !

p.s. Thank you for all the kind words you've had for me, the advice offered. It's a tough row I hoe right now, and as alone as I feel, I know I am not... :-)

  2. Happy Mother's day to you, too, if that is what you say in Buenos Aires ! I love fall, but not today when it has just gotten hot and smells like lilacs! Thank you for your visit today. Did you see that I emailed you last week?

Comments are Welcome !
Sorry, I had to put comment moderation back on, since in the couple of days since I took it off, I got enough spam for a year and only one comment.
Please do leave a comment though- or else I will feel like I am talking to myself and you know what that means !!
