Monday .. Look at This Blog !

Closet Cooking




I found this blog purely by accident and sometimes that is like being given a present !
Not that the sight of that beautiful soup didn't grab me, but the idea of "Closetcooking" grabbed me also.
I have spentquite a bit of time, reading recipes.
While it is cold and that is a perfectly reasonable thing for someone to do on a cold afternoon .. while trying to think of What to Have for Dinner ... I chanced upon this blog .. so here, I am sharing.

    Mmm...looks like some wonderful eating. Somehow while perusing some of these recipes, I thought they looked particularly good for cooler weather. When one would like something filling, but not necessarily "heavy". I will look forward to trying some of these. Thank you, C!

    I have not been cooking recently but soups are very appealing these days, so I am having a great time choosing from his recipes.
    And if you think about it... my kitchen could be a large closet :)
