I am recovering from my cold and cough and while I feel fine, I think my husband and I are both drained by the sadness and worry for Japan.
Today I remembered, how I would walk, with my then young pup, to a park near our home and just sit and think of the sorrow and grief around us, after September , 2001.
Today I felt much the same. The same sense of loss and sorrow for the people whose lives were lost and those whose lives will never be the same.
The relatives will be here Friday morning.
We will be busy with them, enjoying the conversations and holding close those we love and have missed.
And I will remember those in Japan .
