It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new.
But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful.
There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.

How sweet! I had a Zumba friend from Spain who would often help me with my Spanish. When I told her (in Spanish) that I slept like a rock last night, she said in Spain they say slept like a liron. I asked what that was and she said it's a dormouse. Here's a cute video of one sleeping in the palm of a man's hand and snoring.
