It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new.
But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful.
There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.

Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read."

A Sight To See

I have had a lot of trouble lately with the computer. It works fine, it is the internet that is having trouble.

If I use Chrome and want to comment on a blog, it won't work .. won't post ..
If I switch over to Safari, it works .. but I don't use Safari anymore.

I can't reply on certain blogs, other than my own, only with Safari.
So I think I am switching back over to Safari.

If anyone has ideas or advice or encouragement, please send it.
This is when I get really sad, irritated and annoyed that I have no one to ask simple questions ..
So I am blogging the question here.
Be nice.

I met a puppy today.
It made my day.

I went to the mailbox and a man was walking a large  .... l a r g e ... pit bull.
It's head was bigger than my body ... massive .. if it hit a car, the car would be totalled.
The other dog, the buddy of the Pit Bull ... was a tiny puppy of some breed I didn't recognise , it
was so little and freaking adorable.
You know how puppies can't stop wigging ... yeah, plus I got major puppy kisses ... I didn't dare speak, I was close to getting major French puppy kisses lol.
The pitt watched patiently .. sweetly ... I know if I made that puppy cry the dog would bite off my arm.
But I walked home with a silly grin on my face, having had a little interlude with an adorable out of its baby mind puppy. There is nothing like it.
Well, kittens running amok is like it too ... yeah, insane kittens would be the same.

The weather is fabulous.
Chilly. Pure sunshine in cloudless skies. No wind. The cats and I were alone all day  .. I wished we could all go for a walk ... lol ... can  you see it ?
Me, Minette slinking along, Honey, large, timid , walking close to Mama ... Merlin, slow, very very slow, stopping to squint and look around... we would have been a sight to see.

Minette ... ready for Adventure !

Honey, her legs are too short to go for a long walk.

Merlin, cool, calm , collected ... sleepy .. Do Not Disturb

  1. I so wish I had a next door teenager to come help me with tech stuff - even getting the cable box working with the TV is intimidating to me. I've fixed toilets and replaced the kitchen faucet with much less trauma then dealing with tech stuff. You have a blog! so you are far ahead of me even if there are a lot of hiccups along the way.

  2. Barbara , "Blogger" itself will help you when you start a blog . It is super easy.
The hard part is your design, and reason for the blog= you want it to be eye catching and attention grabbing. You have to lure people in .. so that is , to me, the hard part .. there are a gazillion blogs out there .. some days I feel it is not worth it then another day I enjoy the responses .. which is what it is mostly about ..
    Besitos, !
