It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new.
But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful.
There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.

Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read."

Paris with Parrots

Have you ever noticed when in another country, that they think of "odd" names for products and sometimes stores ? I bought this skirt. I love it.
It feels like air, it is a perfect summer skirt.
I bought it at this store.
Sorry about the out of focus part of the photo.. but even with a shaky photo, you get the point, no? Why ? what does it mean ? I like shopping there, it is convenient also, but when someone admires something I am wearing, it is difficult to tell them where I got it .. you know ?
I know I have told you that I live in Buenos Aires. If you were to look at some of the photos of the buildings in my neighborhood, you might wonder if I am being truthful.
OK, I live in Paris.
Not really.
Although it is often referred to as the Paris of South America. The Parks were designed by a man from France, the buildings are designed in the French style and often by French architects and the Avenues were copied from France, the big wide Avenues. Not bad.
Think of it as Paris with Parrots.

  2. Do you remember a movie with Sara Miles where they are ex-pats in South Africa ? She looks out her window and says ... Another f*ing beautiful day ... that is the way it is here.
Every day the skies are amazing .. ridiculous place :)
