I know that I am cranky and fussy too as we approach the end of summer here in France and watch as the days grow shorter and the temperatures moderate. It's easier for me to comment on these things in others ... not so much in me. I still revel in some of the fall and winter activities, although not the darkness that comes with the closing in of winter. You are so close to spring - it will pop up when you least expect it with bulbs in the gardens and longer walks. Keep thinking good thoughts and the sale will manage to delay you from the horror of back-to-back winters.Keirnoreply@blogger.com
