Heartbreaking! Was in NYC over Mother's Day, and it made me so sad to see the horses :( Just loathsome...
I was there when a horse collapsed and died. A great huge beautiful white horse , in the summer .. everyone tried their best to pour water on him and cool him down but he died.I stood there and cried my heart out :(
How dreadful - I would have, too!
