It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new.
But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful.
There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.

Friday Photo

This pretty well sums up the way things are around here these days.
Green. Leafy green. Summer has arrived.

  1. Green! Such a delightful summer colour.

We have bare trees and heaps of gold-y-brown leaves. It's wet! It's cold! It's miserable!

    Would you care to swap?

  3. Quite the opposite up here. Chilly, trees are rather bare, and snow may be on its way, yikes. Enjoy the spring green.

  4. It is -16 C and snow on the ground here in Calgary, AB. I wish I was there!
    Have a good weekend.

  5. My boy Sym is his usual self. His illness hasn't yet diminished his lust for muddy places nor reduced his appetite for ball-chasing in the park.

Treatment continues now in just over a week.
